Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data on this website is yu.product1on, a videographer based in Warsaw, Poland. You can contact me about your data on Telegram: @JulyPRP.
What data I collect and why
When you send the contact form I receive the data you type in: your name, your brand or Instagram handle, the package you are interested in, a message about the project and how you found me. I use it only to answer your request and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, I also receive anonymous usage data about how the site is used and which ads lead to a request. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who receives your data
Cloudflare (hosting of the website and the form service). Telegram (delivery of your request to me). If you accept cookies and these services are switched on: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for statistics and advertising measurement. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long I keep it
Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to work together, and then for the period required to handle possible claims. You can ask me to delete your request earlier.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, write to me on Telegram: @JulyPRP.
You also have the right to complain to the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
Cookies
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser so it does not ask again. Analytics and marketing scripts load only after you accept them. Until then no tracking cookies are set.
